Ingredients:-
- 4-5 large chunks of watermelon rind
- 3-4 cups of brown rice (soaked for at least 4-5 hours)
- 3 tbsp of fresh coconut (you skip if you would like)
- Green chillies according to your preference (if you want to prepare the sweet version of the same add some soaked dates)
Process:-
- Grind all the ingredients with minimal water as the rind also has water content in it.
- Add a pinch of salt to the batter and prepare dosa’s immediatly.
- Fermentation is not required.
Enjoy with any kind of chutney. I have served it with tomato chutney.
