Oil Free Vegan Watermelon Rind Savory Dosa/Crepes

Ingredients:-

  • 4-5 large chunks of watermelon rind
  • 3-4 cups of brown rice (soaked for at least 4-5 hours)
  • 3 tbsp of fresh coconut (you skip if you would like)
  • Green chillies according to your preference (if you want to prepare the sweet version of the same add some soaked dates)

Process:-

  • Grind all the ingredients with minimal water as the rind also has water content in it.
  • Add a pinch of salt to the batter and prepare dosa’s immediatly.
  • Fermentation is not required.

Enjoy with any kind of chutney. I have served it with tomato chutney.
