Ingredients:-
- 5 medium sized potatoes – washed and cut into cubes
- 2 bunches collard greens – washed and finely chopped
- Chilli powder according to your preference
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Hing
- For tempering – Mustard seeds, spilt urad dhal, Curry leaves
Process:-
- In a pan dry roast the tempering ingredients
- Then add chopped potatoes and collard greens
- Add rest of the spices, 1 cup of water
- Cook for 5-10 mins with the lid on – toss every 2-3 mins
Enjoy with roti, yogurt rice or as a side dish with dal.
