Ingredients:-
- 2 packets of frozen green channa
- 2 medium sized onion – chopped
- 2-3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 cups of soy yogurt
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Chilli powder to taste
- 1 tsp amchur powder
- Water
- Cumin seeds for tempering
Process:-
- Make ginger garlic paste
- In a pan dry roast cumin seeds
- Add chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste and saute for 3-5 mins. Add 1-2tbsp of water if needed
- Add beaten yogurt, spices, water and cook on a low flame for another 3-5 mins
- Add frozen channa, add additional water if needed and simmer for another 10 mins.
Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro
