Mango Chia Pudding

Ingredients:-

  • 1 can of sugar free mango pulp (from the indian store)
  • 1 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 freshly cut mango pieces
  • 1/2 tsp of cardamom pieces
  • 3-4 strands of saffron
  • 1 cup of plant based milk

Process:-

Blend all the above ingredients except for chia seeds and mango pieces
Transfer the puree to a bowl
Mix in the chia seeds and mango pieces (adjust the consistency by adding more plant based milk if needed)
Transfer to serving bowls and refrigerate for a few hours
Garnish with any fruit of your choice
