Oil free vegan Oats and chickpea flour waffles

Ingredients:-

  • 2 cups of old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup of channa dal
  • 1 potato shredded
  • 1 purple potato shredded
  • 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
  • Cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp corainder powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Chilli powder according to your preference
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of soda

Process:-

  • Powder oats and channa dal into a fine powder and transfer to a mixing bowl
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with water to waffle consistency
  • Set aside for 5 mins
  • Prepare waffles or pancakes based on your preference

Serve with ketchup or green chutney.
