Ingredients:-
- 2 cups of old fashioned oats
- 1 cup of channa dal
- 1 potato shredded
- 1 purple potato shredded
- 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
- Cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tbsp corainder powder
- 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Chilli powder according to your preference
- Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of soda
Process:-
- Powder oats and channa dal into a fine powder and transfer to a mixing bowl
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with water to waffle consistency
- Set aside for 5 mins
- Prepare waffles or pancakes based on your preference
Serve with ketchup or green chutney.
