Oil free vegan Shishito peppers

Ingredients:-

  • 1 lb Shishito peppers
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic – minced
  • 1 tbsp of any kind of sweet SOS (salt, oil and sugar) free balsamic vinegar (California Balsamics have many varieties)
  • 1 -2 tbsp of any kind of flavored SOS free tangy or sour balsamic vinegar
  • Chili flakes (optional)

Process:-

  • In a good quality nonstick pan dry sauté minced garlic for 3-4 mins
  • Then add shishito peppers and rest of the ingredients
  • Sauté it for another 3-5 mins – keep stirring

Enjoy as a snack any time of the day.
