Ingredients:-
- 1 lb Shishito peppers
- 4-5 cloves of garlic – minced
- 1 tbsp of any kind of sweet SOS (salt, oil and sugar) free balsamic vinegar (California Balsamics have many varieties)
- 1 -2 tbsp of any kind of flavored SOS free tangy or sour balsamic vinegar
- Chili flakes (optional)
Process:-
- In a good quality nonstick pan dry sauté minced garlic for 3-4 mins
- Then add shishito peppers and rest of the ingredients
- Sauté it for another 3-5 mins – keep stirring
