Oil free Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:-

  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (maybe little more) plant based milk – I used soy milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup or 1/2 cup of date syrup
  • Garnish – fruits of your choice

Process:-

  • In a food processor add in all the ingredients except the garnish ingredients.
  • Pulse it till it forms a smooth mousse like consistency. Add additional milk if needed.
  • Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with chopped of your choice – I garnished it with mangoes, raspberry and crushed dry rose petals.
