Ingredients:-
- 2 Ripe Avocados
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (maybe little more) plant based milk – I used soy milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup or 1/2 cup of date syrup
- Garnish – fruits of your choice
Process:-
- In a food processor add in all the ingredients except the garnish ingredients.
- Pulse it till it forms a smooth mousse like consistency. Add additional milk if needed.
- Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with chopped of your choice – I garnished it with mangoes, raspberry and crushed dry rose petals.
