Ingredients:-
- Beans (cut as shown in the pic0 – almost 9-10 cups
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 7-9 cloves of garlic
- Green chillies according to your preference
- Turmeric powder
- For tempering curry leaves, spilt urad dal and mustard seeds
Process:-
- Dry roast the tempering ingredients
- Then add cut beans, turmeric powder and salt to your preference.
- Grind peanuts, garlic and chillies and add to the beans. Add about 1-2 cups of water
- Cook for 10 mins or so till the water absorbs and the beans is cooked almost 90%. I like it slightly crunchy.
