Oil Free Vegan Beans Sabzi (Curry)

Ingredients:-

  • Beans (cut as shown in the pic0 – almost 9-10 cups
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 7-9 cloves of garlic
  • Green chillies according to your preference
  • Turmeric powder
  • For tempering curry leaves, spilt urad dal and mustard seeds

Process:-

  • Dry roast the tempering ingredients
  • Then add cut beans, turmeric powder and salt to your preference.
  • Grind peanuts, garlic and chillies and add to the beans. Add about 1-2 cups of water
  • Cook for 10 mins or so till the water absorbs and the beans is cooked almost 90%. I like it slightly crunchy.

Enjoy with roti or brown rice or grain of your choice…
