Ingredients:-
- 10-15 cloves of garlic
- 10-20 green chilies (adjust according to your preference)
- 1 small bunch of cilantro
- 1 tbsp raw peanuts
- 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
Process:-
- Dry roast garlic and green chillies
- Then transfer all the ingredients including roasted garlic and green chillies to a mortar/pestle
- Keep pounding the ingredients till you get a coarsely ground paste
Enjoy this as a side dish, condiment. Goes great with just plain brown rice or yogurt rice
