Oil Free Thetcha

Ingredients:-

  • 10-15 cloves of garlic
  • 10-20 green chilies (adjust according to your preference)
  • 1 small bunch of cilantro
  • 1 tbsp raw peanuts
  • 3-4 tbsp lemon juice

Process:-

  • Dry roast garlic and green chillies
  • Then transfer all the ingredients including roasted garlic and green chillies to a mortar/pestle
  • Keep pounding the ingredients till you get a coarsely ground paste

Enjoy this as a side dish, condiment. Goes great with just plain brown rice or yogurt rice
