Ingredients:-
- 3-4 cups of ripe papaya
- 2 cups of date sugar
- 1-2 cups of plant based milk (I used soy milk)
- 1-2 cups of water to water down the milk
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- Dry roasted raisins, cashew nuts and poppy seeds
Process:-
- In a pan sauté the ripe papaya for about 10 mins till the raw smells disappears
- Then add milk and water and cook for almost 15 mins
- Add date sugar and cook till almost all the liquid evaporates
- At the end add the cardamom powder, dry roasted raisins, cashew nuts and poppy nuts.
- Give everything a good mix and enjoy it warm or cold
