Ingredients:-
- 1 packet sweet potato glass noodles
- 2-3 tbsp Gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Veggies of your choice – I added onion, garlic, brocolli, water chestnuts, cabbage, carrots, edamame.
- Coarsely crushed peanuts and roasted sesame seeds as toppings (optional)
Process:-
- In a wok saute onions and finely chopped garlic.
- Then add the rest of the veggies and saute it on high flame for 3-5 minutes
- In a separate cook the noodles as per the instructions and rinse and soak it in cold water till ready to use.
- Once the veggies have been sautéed then add the the soy sauce and Gochujang paste. I mixed the gochujang paste in a little water before adding it to the veggies.
- cook for another 3-5 mins on high flame
- At the end add the noodles give everything a good mix and serve with crushed nuts and seeds.
- Do not add any additional salt to the veggies as Gochujang paste does have salt in it.
