Ingredients:-
- 2 cups of buckwheat flour
- 1 medium sized banana
- Small piece of raw beetroot
- 2 Medjool dates
- 1-2 cups of plant based milk (I used soy milk)
- Additional water if required
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of baking soda
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
Process:-
- Blend all the ingredients and prepare pancakes.
- Flip after couple of minutes to ensure it gets cooked on both sides
Enjoy with maple syrup or date syrup, chia seeds and fruit or berries of your choice.
