Oil Free Vegan Cannellini beans Sundal

Ingredients:-

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig of curry leaves
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cans of cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
  • Green chilies to taste
  • 4-5 tbsp of lime or lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Hing
  • Cilantro for garnish

Process:-

  • In a pan dry roast curry leaves and mustard seeds
  • Then add chopped onion and green chilies – saute for a few minutes.
  • Add hing, beans, lemon juice and cook for about 2-4 mins
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro.
