Ingredients:-
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 sprig of curry leaves
- 1 large onion
- 2 cans of cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
- Green chilies to taste
- 4-5 tbsp of lime or lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Hing
- Cilantro for garnish
Process:-
- In a pan dry roast curry leaves and mustard seeds
- Then add chopped onion and green chilies – saute for a few minutes.
- Add hing, beans, lemon juice and cook for about 2-4 mins
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
