Ingredients:-
- 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1.5 cups of pitted mejdool dates
- 1 cup of freeze dried pineapple
- 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder
Process:-
- Transfer all the ingredients into a food processer and process it you get a coarse mixture
- Transfer to a plate and roll the ladoos
