Ingredients:-
- 1 cup of peanuts
- 1 cup of seasme seeds
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded dry coconut
- 1/4 cup of old fashioned oats
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 18 mejdool dates
Process:-
- Dry roast all the ingredients separately
- Powder the peanuts and oats into coarse powder
- Blend the dates with water and into a puree
- In a pan transfer the date puree and keep cooking it till you get a thick paste like consistency (most of the water should have evaporated.)
- Add the roasted nuts and seeds, cardamon powder – mix everything.
- Let the mixture cool down and then form the ladoos.
