Oil Free Sugar free vegan Sesame seeds/Peanut ladoos/Balls

Ingredients:-

  • 1 cup of peanuts
  • 1 cup of seasme seeds
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded dry coconut
  • 1/4 cup of old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 18 mejdool dates

Process:-

  • Dry roast all the ingredients separately
  • Powder the peanuts and oats into coarse powder
  • Blend the dates with water and into a puree
  • In a pan transfer the date puree and keep cooking it till you get a thick paste like consistency (most of the water should have evaporated.)
  • Add the roasted nuts and seeds, cardamon powder – mix everything.
  • Let the mixture cool down and then form the ladoos.
