Oil Free Vegan Daikon Radish (Mooli) Raitha

Ingredients:-

  • 2 medium sized Daikon Radish
  • 1-2 Jalapenos
  • 1/2 bunch of Cilantro
  • 3-4 cups of soy yogurt + 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp hing

Process:-

  • Grate the radish and green chillies
  • Add yogurt, water, chopped cilantro, Hing to the grated radish
  • Prepare dry tempering of mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves. Add to the grated radish
  • Add salt according to taste
  • Mix everything and let is sit for 1-2hrs for all the flavors to come together.

Enjoy as a salad, side dish or with rice or roti.
