Ingredients:-
- 1 medium sized regular sweet potatoes
- 1/2 purple sweet potatoe
- 2 tbsp nut or seed butter
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup or 1 cup of date sugar
- 1/2 cup of cacao powder
- 1/2 cup of oat flour or any other gluten free flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts (optional – I skipped it this time)
Process:-
- Bake or steam the sweet potatoes, peel the skin and mash it
- To the mashed sweet potatoes add the rest of the ingredients and mix to incorporate all the ingredients into a firm dough
- Transfer to a baking pan add additional chopped nuts if your prefer
- Baked at 350F for almost 30-40mins
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into slices
