Ingredients:-
- 2 cups of rolled oats (used gluten free this time)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup sugar free cranberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
- 4-5 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 6-7 large apples
Process: –
- Prepare orange juice
- Mix all the ingredients except apples and orange juice and set aside
- Core the apples as shown in the pic and fill in the apples with oat mixture
- In a baking pan pour the orange juice in the bottom and place the filled apples
- Bake at 350F for about 30-40 mins
- Orange juice thickens and becomes a sweet syrup. Add it as a topping on the baked apples before serving it
