Ingredients:-
- 3 cups of whole cashew nuts
- 1 cup of whole almonds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp chaat masala or Amchur powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1-2 tsp date sugar
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp kala channa besan/chickpea flour (can sub for regular besan)
- 3-4 tbsp Aquafaba to bind all the ingredients onto the nuts
Process:-
- In a large bowl mix all the above ingredients
- Spread onto a baking tray
- Bake at 350F for almost 20-25 mins. Keep tossing it around after every 5 mins for even roasting
- Enjoy as a snack anytime of the day.
