Namkeen/Snack – Oil free roasted Masala nuts

Ingredients:-

  • 3 cups of whole cashew nuts
  • 1 cup of whole almonds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala or Amchur powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1-2 tsp date sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp kala channa besan/chickpea flour (can sub for regular besan)
  • 3-4 tbsp Aquafaba to bind all the ingredients onto the nuts

Process:-

  • In a large bowl mix all the above ingredients
  • Spread onto a baking tray
  • Bake at 350F for almost 20-25 mins. Keep tossing it around after every 5 mins for even roasting
  • Enjoy as a snack anytime of the day.
