Ingredients:-
- 4 cups of almond flour
- 2 cups of oat flour (maybe slightly more if needed)
- 1.5 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 2-3 drops of orange coloring
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes for rolling the coating the ladoos
Process:-
- Mix all the ingredients except the coconut flakes. Adjust the consistency by adding more oat flour if needed
- Microwave for 5-6 mins – keep stirring the dough after every 1-2 mins
- After cooking it in the microwave make small balls and roll it in coconut flakes
