Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Ingredients:-

  • 2 Medium sized spaghetti squash (cooked in the microwave or baked – strands removed)
  • 2 medium sized bottles of Salsa (oil free)
  • 4-5 black bean cans (drained and rinsed)
  • Chilli flakes to your preference
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 2 TBSP nutritional yeast

Process:-

  • In a bake safe pan mix all the above ingredients
  • Sprinkle some additional nutritional yeast as a topping
  • Bake at 350F for almost 45-60 mins (covered with foil)
