Ingredients:-
- 2 Medium sized spaghetti squash (cooked in the microwave or baked – strands removed)
- 2 medium sized bottles of Salsa (oil free)
- 4-5 black bean cans (drained and rinsed)
- Chilli flakes to your preference
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 2 TBSP nutritional yeast
Process:-
- In a bake safe pan mix all the above ingredients
- Sprinkle some additional nutritional yeast as a topping
- Bake at 350F for almost 45-60 mins (covered with foil)
