Ingredients:-
- 1 box of extra firm tofu
- 4-5 cups of frozen green peas (i prefer the indian store green peas)
- 3 medium sized onion
- 4-5 roma tomatoes
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 inch ginger
- Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp cashew nut and 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (soaked in water for couple of hrs)
- Chilli powder and kashmiri chilli powder according to your preference
- Garam masala
- Kitchen king masala
- Amchur
- 1 tbsp Dried Kasuri methi
- Salt to taste
Process:-
- Blend cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds, onion, tomatoes, garlic, ginger with 1-2 cups of water
- Cut the Tofu into cubes and air fry for about 7-9 mins (according to your preference)
- In a pan, dry roast cumin seeds, cinnamon stick and 1 bay leaf
- Pour the puree, add the all the spices (except for garam masala and methi) also add additional another 1-2 cups of water
- Simmer it for at least 10 mins
- After about 10 mins add green peas, air fryed tofu, garam masala and simmer it for another 5-7 mins (adjust liquid consistency according to your preference)
- Once you switch of the stove add crushed kasuri Methi leaves
- Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves
Enjoy with brown rice, millet, Ezekiel bread, roti






Simmer for at least 10-15 mins
